COMMITTEE REPORTS

ACC Requirements

Report: ANY improvement to the exterior of your home or property must be pre-approved by the ACC before any work begins.

From major construction, like building a new home, to smaller projects, like bringing in landscaping boulders or building a new flower bed, need to be approved by the ACC. The application forms can be found on CIA’s website and should be submitted directly to CIA. CIA processes the forms, verifies all the required information has been included, and then sends the application to the ACC for review at their next meeting.

The ACC meets once every 3 weeks to review all pending applications. Once the ACC approves or rejects the application, CIA will send a letter to the owner with the ACC decision.

As part of the routine Deed Restriction drive-throughs, CIA monitors our neighborhood for new improvements to ensure that all have been approved prior to work being done.
